The 2012 COSUGI Conference will be held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, May 2-5, 2012 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. 

Pre-conferences will be held Wednesday, May 2nd.

Main Conference runs from Thursday, May 3rd to Saturday, May 5th.

A Draft Agenda has been posted on the Programs page, to be followed shortly by the list of tentative User Group-Sponsored Breakout Sessions.  We'll update with the list of programs from SirsiDynix when it becomes available.

Conference costs will be the same as last year:

Registration must be submitted online/hard copy mailed with payment postmarked by February 29, 2012 to qualify for Early Bird Discounted price.

Cancellation must be received in writing via email or mail by 2/29/2012 in order to receive a refund. 

Cancellation notifications made by that date will receive a 50% refund.  Any cancellations after that date will not receive a refund.
