Conference room rates are $159 plus tax per room, per night.  Hotel tax is 12.5%.

COSUGI was able to negotiate a lower room rate for conference attendees.  If you made your reservation prior to this announcement, your rate will be reduced from $172 to $159/night for single/double occupancy.  There is a $15 charge per person for additional occupants (more than 2).  So 2 people sharing a room = $159/night + tax, 3 people sharing would be $174/night + tax.

Already have a reservation? Don’t worry; Disney has updated all existing reservations. If in doubt, just make sure you verify your rate when you check in for the conference.

A credit card is required at the time of reservation (as with other hotels). No deposit will be run at that time.  At check in, the agent will charge all nights room and tax.

All COSUGI attendees who stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will receive round trip transportation on Disney's Magic Express to and from the Orlando International Airport.

Complimentary in-room wireless internet access will also be provided for all COSUGI attendees.

We hope you'll consider extending your stay either before or after the conference!  The conference hotel rates will be available for three days before and three days after the conference if space is available.

COSUGI has used Walker Mobility in the past. Their current rate is:

Heavy Duty (for individuals over 300 lbs) = $39/day with a two day minimum

Regular = $30/day with a two day minimum
