Senior Library Manager for Facilities and Operations

Senior Library Manager: Library Facilities and Operations The Senior Manager for Library Facilities and Operations provides vision for the Library as “place”, which involves determining future and evolving library facility needs of both customers and staff. This manager oversees the Library Facilities Resource including CIP Projects, general maintenance, and emergency maintenance which includes security. Additionally, this manager serves as the point of contact for county General Services, Facilities Design & Construction, and library vendors for facility projects and renovations. This position reports to the Deputy Library Director. Key Responsibilities: Participate in Strategic and Tactical Planning for the Library System Partner with other county Departments during CIP Projects Supervise the Library Management and Policy Analyst and Library Data Coordinator positions, including providing oversight for projects and conducting annual performance reviews Participate as a key member in the annual facility assessment process
