COSUGI and SirsiDynix are pleased to offer sholarships to attend the COSUGI Conference. Both scholarships require the applicant to be a COSUGI member. 


COSUGI First Time Attendee Scholarship

This award is designed to allow COSUGI members who have never attended a COSUGI conference, the opportunity to attend the annual conference. Winners will receive a complimentary registration (lunches included), reimbursement toward travel to and from the conference destination (up to $300), and three hotel room nights at the conference hotel. The winner shall be awarded the scholarship based on the member’s community participation, benefit to the member and the member’s institution, and financial need.

COSUGI First Time Presenter Scholarship


This award is designed to allow COSUGI members who have never presented at COSUGI an opportunity to do so. Applicants must submit a brief resume and abstract of their presentation proposal.

Winners will receive a complimentary registration (lunches included), reimbursement  toward travel to and from the conference destination (up to $300), and three hotel room nights at the  conference hotel.  




SirsiDynix Sponsored Attendee Scholarship 

This award is designed to allow COSUGI members who may need financial assistance to attend the COSUGI conference. Winners will receive reimbursement for conference registration (lunches included), reimbursement toward air travel to and from the conference destination from points of origin within North America, and three hotel room nights at the conference hotel. In exchange for the scholarship, winners must attend the conference and present one program session of their choosing, approved by the COSUGI Conference Selection Committee that will benefit SirsiDynix Users.  The program may be on any topic excepting presentations about products that directly compete with SirsiDynix products.
